π€ WHO IS LESLEY GROFF?
Lesley Groff was Jeffrey Epstein's longtime executive assistant. She managed his schedule, coordinated travel, handled correspondence, and functioned as the operational gatekeeper to Epstein's world. While Ghislaine Maxwell is the most publicly known associate, Groff's communication volume is 13.5x higher than Maxwell's in the files.
In October 2019, victims amended their civil complaint to name Groff as an enabler of Epstein's abuse (Katlyn Doe, et al. v. Epstein's estate).
She communicated with virtually every major figure in the Epstein network β from Leon Black and Bill Gates to Prince Andrew and the Sultan of Dubai's ports. She is, by the data, the single most important person in understanding how the Epstein operation functioned day to day.

"Alma" β Model Housing Threats
EFTA00363714 · Score: 70
Epstein threatens a woman named Alma β apparently a model living in an Epstein-provided apartment β while Groff serves as the intermediary:
The email reveals Epstein controlled apartments where women/girls lived, could evict them at will, and that Groff relayed these housing threats. The mention of "many girls anxious to move in" is consistent with victim testimony about Epstein housing models in apartments as a control mechanism.
Alma's message references "Next Models" β a major modeling agency β and the email is tagged with "Models" and "modeling" keywords.
NY AG Investigation β Ike Groff Forward
EFTA00351833 · Score: 81

π THE GROFFβRODRIGUEZ AXIS (106 Shared Documents)
Groff and Alfredo Rodriguez (Epstein's house manager who stole the "black book") appear together in 106 shared documents β the highest non-Epstein co-occurrence for either person.
Rodriguez's documents carry even heavier operational evidence signals than Groff's:
Rodriguez's top-scoring document (EFTA01657299, Score 92) is marked "PRIVATE" in the text messages category and tagged with "underage, model, modeling." He later attempted to sell the "black book" and was convicted of obstruction, dying in custody before he could testify further.
The Groff-Rodriguez co-occurrence suggests that these two individuals β the executive assistant and the house manager β formed the operational core that kept Epstein's enterprise running day to day.
