Page 1 summary includes: "Barr β for being present when a girl was raped."
"[Victim] stated [she] was at Epstein's for a model event, ran into Barr who stated he wanted to see
her next time he came. At another point, Epstein asked if she had ever met Barr."

"[NTOC victim] claimed she was a victim of Epstein, and that Barr was present during some of this abuse."

SIGNIFICANCE: Barr later served as U.S. Attorney General during Epstein's arrest and
death in federal custody. He oversaw the Bureau of Prisons and publicly stated "any co-conspirators
should not rest easy" β while being himself named in allegations of being present during abuse.

Barr promised to investigate Epstein's death: "We will get to the bottom of what happened and there will be
accountability." He reassigned the MCC warden and placed two guards on administrative leave.
Sen. Ben Sasse demanded Barr "rip up" the 2008 NPA: "This crooked deal cannot stand."
THE CONFLICT: The man named in FBI records as being present during sexual abuse of a minor
was the same man who oversaw the federal facility where Epstein died β and who promised "accountability"
for that death. This is the single most consequential conflict of interest in the entire case file.
